These options all provide you with an easy to follow monthly training program based on your particular wants and needs. We will start off with a one time 1 hour onboarding video or voice call where we discuss your goals, training methods available, and potential scheduling. Once I understand what you are trying to accomplish and the tools you have to work with, I will build a custom training program to fit your needs. This program will come with detailed explanations for everything you need to do and be sent at the beginning of each month
With each plan you will get check-ins, program modifications based on your feedback / adaptation to the training, and video analysis, but the frequency of each depends on your tier
Tiers 1 & 2 come with monthly video or audio call check-ins, Tier 3 check-ins will be done by email. You may choose to do all of your check-ins by email if you prefer.
Tier 1 is the only plan that comes with a full year macro that shows you which systems you should be working and how hard for each week of your season, all laid out in conjunction with your planned competitions and holidays. This macro is delivered in the first month and is yours to keep using if you decide to cancel your coaching plan

Ensure your work is taking you in the right direction with guidance from an Olympic medalist and World Champion
You submit videos (up to 3 minutes in length) to get analyzed with a voice over review with the mistakes I see and a plan on how to fix them. You can expect detailed explanations with slow motion and frame by frame visualizations accompanied by on screen drawings to help you understand the concepts. These videos will be at least 10 minutes in length. You can submit the videos whenever you please. Missed monthly submissions do not roll over to the subsequent month.
Detailed feedback specific to your actual skating from a coach with over 30 years of skating experience These options are a great choice for athletes who already have a training program and / or a coach but just want an extra set of eyes to help them connect some of the dots with their technique
The top tiers come with check-ins that allow you to ask me any questions you want regarding the feedback I have been giving. You can also use this time to ask about specific parts of the skating that feel inadequate and we can talk through the process to help you understand it better. You may choose to do the check-ins by email if you prefer.
Videos are required to be submitted on a weekly basis to avoid a bottleneck at the end of the month. Missed submissions each week will not roll over to the subsequent week.
If you don't want to do your check-ins via video or voice call, they can be done by email as well

The 90 minutes are yours, use them as you like.

For groups who want to have a World Champion come to them to teach
I will fly you to your location and teach at the venue(s) you choose. Each day includes up to 6 hours on-skate and 1 hour of off-skate training. Many hosts do not choose to use the entirety of that time, but create a schedule that makes the most sense to keep things fun for the best learning experience. I’ll help create the schedule with your designated camp coordinator.
Travel and hotel accommodations will be covered by me, but the host/organizer is responsible for securing the venue(s), managing sign-ups, and collecting the funds before I travel to the venue .
Please note:
I am flexible with camps, so if there is something you have in mind with structure, I will be more than happy to talk about an alternative. For example, you want to do a whole week, but spread it out over 10 days, this would be possible.
